• Note: @@ ACTREC reserves rights to accept/ reject the registration of Foreign Delegates.
• Delegates can pay the total amount including the GST to LASACON 2024. ACTREC, Navi Mumbai shall take care of the GST amount separately.
• Delegates who register for the Main Conference as well as Workshop/s will receive single registration kit and meals during the conference/ workshop days. Registration fees of any category do not include accommodation by any means. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for the accommodation. List of possible accommodation places will be provided by us through LASACON 2024 website www.lasacon2024mumbai.in.
• # For attending the Main Conference, there will be no registration fees for the LASA Members who are beyond 65 years of age. However, they will need to pay for the pre-conference workshops as per the applicable rates, if they wish to attend.
• @ Three selected students who register for the conference and present their research in the oral presentation session, will receive reimbursement from LASA for their third A/C class railway ticket fare by the shortest route. Interested students will have to first register and provide a domicile certificate from their college/ institute. They have to book their tickets on their own and get the reimbursement, if selected. Winners will also receive a certificate of appreciation in this effect.
• There will be oral presentations by the LASA members who register for the conference. First three winners will be awarded by LASA with a certificate and a cash prize of Rs. 3000/-, 2000/- and 1000/- for the first, second and third winners, respectively.
• Besides, there will be poster presentations open for all delegates who register for the conference. First three winners will be awarded by LASA with a certificate and a cash prize of Rs. 3000/-, 2000/- and 1000/- for the first, second and third winners, respectively.
