• Note: Premium Platinum Sponsorship- ₹ 5,00,000/- (₹ 4,23,729 + 18% GST ₹ 76,271/-). Speaker slot, if required, and other applicable entitlements are same like that of Platinum Category but with larger stall size at prime locations at the entrance of the venue. Premium Platinum stall are limited to first four vendors.

• *** Sponsors Registration includes single conference kit for each vendor but meal for the free registrant as per the applicable sponsorship category.

• Indian Vendors/sponsors need to pay the GST amount directly to the Government under RCM basis and remit the remaining amount to LASACON 2024 against invoice of basic amount. Foreign sponsors need to pay entire amount including GST but for that contact the Organising Secretary about our other bank details as Central Bank of India is not our authorised bank to collect foreign funds.

Payment Details:

• Payment of Registration/ Sponsorship fees shall be made online by NEFT in favour of "Tata Memorial Centre-ACTREC" payable at Navi Mumbai. For any query regarding payment or other details, please contact by email lasacon2024@gmail.com Vendors are requested to contact the Organising Secretary / Treasurer to receive invoice before making payment so that vendors can pay the GST directly to the Government. Additionally, vendors/ delegates may mention ‘LASACON 2024’ in ‘Remarks/Purpose’ column while making the payment by NEFT Participants/Vendors need to provide the transaction details to the Treasurer, LASACON 2024 (rthorat@actrec.gov.in, rathorat@gmail.com; Cell- 9769918220) after making the payment so that receipts can be generated after confirming the payment with our Bank.
